Michael M. Donovan, 25, of Franklin, died suddenly June 9.
Born in Natick September 3, 1989, the son of Daniel W. and Deborah A. Donovan of Franklin, he was a lifelong Franklin resident. Michael was a 2008 graduate of Tri County High School and had been working at Home Depot.
He enjoyed music, whether it was playing the guitar, singing or listening.
He also enjoyed fishing and Boston sports teams.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his brothers, Derek P. Donovan and his wife Christi of Rileyville, Virginia, Steven D. Donovan and Matthew T. Donovan of Franklin.
He is also survived by his grandparents, Patricia Donovan of Franklin, Marcia and Rodney Frazer of Wareham and Albert Baker of Marston Mills.
He is also survived by several aunts and uncles and many cousins.
His funeral will be held on Tuesday, June 16 from the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com) 131 Main Street, Franklin at 9:15 followed by a funeral mass in St. Mary’s Church at 10:00.
Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Calling hours will be on Monday from 4-8 p.m.
