Carlo F. Oldenburg, age 38, passed away on June 9, 2015. He was born on Aug 4, 1976 in Springfield to Donald and Jean (Sapelli) Oldenburg. He worked as a store clerk, previously as a car salesman and also as a kitchen designer. He leaves his wife Shannon (Burnham) Oldenburg of Chicopee, one son Zach Oldenburg and two daughters Brooke and Audrey Oldenburg all of Chicopee. He also leaves his mother Jean (Sapelli) Oldenburg of Ormond Beach, FL; three brothers Donald Oldenburg of Manchester, CT, Roger Oldenburg and his wife Missy of Feeding Hills, Victor Oldenburg of Port Orange, FL and one sister Teresa Gillespie and her husband Michael of Lake Worth, FL. He is predeceased by his father Donald Oldenburg. Carlo was an avid Miami Dolphin fan and truly enjoyed watching games with his son. Carlo lived for watching all of his son's sporting events and playing in the yard with his princess and precious. A funeral Service will be held on Monday June 15, 2015 at 10 AM from the Grise Funeral Home 280 Springfield St. Chicopee with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM in St Patrick Church located on Broadway St in Chicopee. Burial will follow in St Michael Cemetery. Calling Hours will be held on Sunday June 14, 2015 from 4 to 7 pm at the funeral home.
