Mrs. Crystal S. (O’Brien) Harnois, of Raynham, died Sunday, June 7 in the Life Care Center of Raynham following a period of failing health. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward J. Harnois. She was born 84 years ago in Raynham, the daughter of the late Walter and Agnes (Wilson) O’Brien. She was educated in Raynham and had resided there for most of her life. Prior to her retirement, Crystal had been employed as an assembler at Reed and Barton Silversmiths for 20 years. She was previously employed at the former Modern Plastics in Taunton for 20 years. Crystal enjoyed spending time at Dennisport on Cape Cod.
She leaves: 1 son: Kevin E. Harnois and his wife, Susan of Berkley; 3 grandchildren: Amy Bouchie and her husband, Ryan of Bristol, R.I., Carly Larkin and her husband, Jeremy of Fall River, and Meghan Harnois and her companion, Justin LaCava of Somerset; 6 great grandchildren: Kai, Ella and Chase Bouchie, Jack and Bree Larkin, and Mason LaCava, and several nieces and nephews.
Visiting Hours will be held at The Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay Street, Taunton, on Wednesday, June 17 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. A Prayer Service will follow the Visiting Hours at 7:00 P.M. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Interment will be private at the V.A. National Cemetery, Bourne.
