Alice Elizabeth Johnsey, 92, died March 18, 2005 at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS
Born September 6, 1912, in Water Valley, MS, Mrs. Johnsey was the wife of the late Van Buren Johnsey (December 4, 1971). She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Coffeeville, MS. She enjoyed working in her garden and especially tending to her tomatoes. Mrs. Johnsey was a devoted to her family and enjoyed cooking for them.
Mrs. Johnsey is survived by three sons, a sister and a sister-in-law: William R. Johnsey of Coffeeville, MS, Van T. Johnsey, Sr. of Clinton, MS, Kenneth E. Johnsey of Jackson, MS, Muriel Miles of Memphis, TN, and Elizabeth Boyston of Coffeeville, MS
Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., March 21, 2005 at the Seven Oaks Funeral Home, Water Valley. Services will be held at 11:30 a.m., March 21, 2005 at the funera1 home. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery near Water Valley.
