Jimmy Y. Ring, 59, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Friday, June 5, 2015, at his residence.
Memorial services will be held 11 AM, Tuesday, June 9, 2015, at The Paulk Funeral Home Chapel in Fitzgerald, with the Rev. Jeff Parmer officiating.
Mr. Ring was born September 17, 1955, in Fitzgerald, Georgia, to the late Luther James and Minnie Lee Jarvis Ring. He lived in New York City for 18 years and was a drywall finisher.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years: Deborah Ring of Fitzgerald; his children: Jimmy J. Ring of Rochester, New York, Melissa Ann Ring of Rochester, New York, Brian Frank of Fitzgerald and Steven L. Frank of Rochester, New York; grandchildren: Javier Rivera, James Ring, Jesse Ring and Buen Rivera and a sister: Christine Ann Ring Seagroves of Gulfport, Mississippi. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters: Wanda Ring and Linda Ring Denham.
