Diane H. Nolan, 61, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Thursday, March 16, 2005, at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM, Saturday, March 19, 2005, at the Paulk Funeral Home Chapel, Fitzgerald. Interment will follow at 4:30 PM in Bethesda Church Cemetery, Meriwether County, Georgia. Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00, Friday evening at the funeral home.
Mrs. Nolan was born June 4, 1943, in Meriwether County, Georgia, to the late J.T. and Mabel Self Harris. A 1961 graduate of Manchester High School, Mrs. Nolan attended Tift College. She had lived in the community since 1967. She was a homemaker and a substitute teacher for Ben Hill County Schools. She attended Arbor Baptist Church and was a former member of the Fitzgerald Junior Women’s Club.
Mrs. Nolan is survived by her daughter: Jeanna Lee Nolan, Atlanta; sister and brother-in-law: Joy & Todd Hudson and a nephew: Will Hudson, all of LaGrange as well as several cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Nolan.
