Manchester– Robert R. Ritchie, 73, died May 21, 2015 at Hanover Hill Healthcare Center following a period of declining health.
He was born in Manchester on January 10, 1942 the son of Ronald and Mary (Peltak) Ritchie.
He held membership in the League of 1000 Men of Precious Blood Monastery, Holy Trinity Cathedral as well as a longtime member of the Holy Trinity Cathedral Choir.
Family members include his best friend, Maurice St. Gelais of Manchester, cousins, Eleanor O’Connell, Julie Richer, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Peltak, Karen and James Zellers, Stephen O’Connell, Gary and Jo-Ann O’Connell, Tom O’Connell and several other cousins and close friends.
Calling hours will be on Tuesday from 8:30 to 10:30 AM at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St.
A mass of Christian burial will follow at 11:00 AM in Holy Trinity Cathedral. Burial will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery.
