Obituary

WEBSTER – John P. Nowosadko, Jr., 70, of Golden Heights, died Tuesday, March 8, in Hubbard Regional Hospital. His wife of 44 years, Stella O. (Pleau) Nowosadko, died in 2002.

He leaves a son, John P. and his wife Lori J. Nowosadko, III, of Thompson, Connecticut; and two grandsons, Christopher and Peter Nowosadko, both of Thompson, Connecticut.

He was born in Dudley, son of John P. and Emily (Baron) Nowosadko, Sr., and lived in Webster most of his life. He attended the vocational school in Webster. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.

Mr. Nowosadko worked at Ethan Allen Company in Dudley for 40 years before retiring in 2000.

He was a member of Saint Joseph Basilica. He was a member and past grand knight of the Webster Knights of Columbus Council # 228. For many years, he was the cub master for Saint Joseph Boy Scout Troop # 173. He was also a coach and manager for the Webster Little League.

Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. Memorial donations may be made to Boy Scout Troop #173, c/o Irene Norman, Treasurer, 15 Arkwright Road, Webster, MA 01570.
