Donald C. Mackay Jr. of Reading, passed away Sunday, March 6, 2005 at the Winchester Hospital. He was 62 years of age.
Born in Arlington, Donald was the son of the late Donald C. and Marjorie (Day) Mackay.
He was an avid gardener and gourmet cook. His hobby was to build miniature scale models of ships and airplanes. He was a great historian with a love of war history.
Donald was the beloved husband of Janine (Anderton) Mackay. He was the dear brother of Christine and her husband Bill Rawls of Miami Florida.
A Funeral Service will be conducted Friday 5 pm in the Chapel of the Joseph Doherty – Barile Family Funeral Home 11 Linden St. READING. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours Friday 3-6 p.m.
