Mrs. Jimmie Dayle Musgrove age 64, of Water Valley, MS passed away at her home Wednesday morning. Born in Ponotoc County, MS to the late Leonard Griffin and Lona Tutor Griffin, Mrs. Musgrove had lived the past three years in the Water Valley Boat Landing Area. She was a member of Springdale Family Worship Center.
The family will receive friends at Seven Oaks Funeral Home on Monday evening, March 7,2005, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Musgrove is survived by her husband, Billy Joe Musgrove of Water Valley: step-daughters, Maxine Musgrove of Robinsonville, MS and Betty Helton of Louiseville, TX: sons, John Hughes and Larry Hughes of Oxford, MS and Terry Hughes of Water Valley, MS: step-son Roy R. Marsh of Little Rock, AR : one brother, Barry Griffin of Water Valley, MS. She leaves behind 20 grndchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Melvin Hughes who passed away March 26, 1997 and Stevie Hughes who passed away June 10, 2003.
