On May 20, 2015 Dora M. Williams (nee Lowman), 94, passed away peacefully at her home. She was the beloved wife of the late William R. Williams and devoted mother of Timothy R. Williams. Dear aunt of Carroll Wiley and great aunt of Eva Winter.
