Son of the late Antone Thomas and the late Rose (Vieira) Thomas. He was a So. Dartmouth resident for one month, previously, he resided in Taunton. Before retiring, he was Proprietor and Auto Mechanic of Thomas Auto Service in Taunton. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of WW II.
He is survived by Three Sons: Ronald M. Thomas of Fall River, MA, Richard Wayne Thomas of New Bedford, MA and James Joseph Thomas of Holden, MA. Two Daughters: Cynthia Jean Thomas of Dartmouth, MA and Rosemary Thomas of Berkley, MA. One Sister: Angie Rose of Berkley, MA. Nine Grandchildren, Two Great Grandchildren and Several nieces and nephews. He was also brother of the late Olive and Mary Thomas.
His private funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, 1521 No. Main St., Fall River, Ma. on Thursday at 11:00 AM. Internment in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River, MA.
