WORCESTER__Bertha M. (Paradis) Thibeault, 91, of 80 Delmont Ave., died Friday February 25 in the Hospice Residence, 10 Judith Rd. Her husband of 46 years, Eugene G. Thibeault died in 1986.
She leaves two sons, Raymond J. Thibeault of Shrewsbury; and Andre J. Thibeault of Worcester; a daughter, Therese M. Power of Worcester; two brothers, Raymond J. Paradis of Worcester; and Noel J. Paradis of Auburn; a sister, Jeannine M. Paradis of Worcester; eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces. She was born in Montreal, P.Q., Canada daughter of Pierre F. and Marie B. (Ferland) Paradis and has lived here since 1926.
Mrs. Thibeault once worked several years for St. Francis Home before retiring. Previously, she worked for the Paul Revere Insurance Co. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Church.
The funeral will be held on Monday February 28 from DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St., with a Mass at 10:30 a.m. in St. Joseph’s Church, 35 Hamilton St. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery. A calling hour will be held Monday February 28 from 9 to 10 a.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to VNA Care Network, Inc. 120 Thomas St., Worcester, 01608.
