Baby Boy John Arthur Ray, III, was born and passed away Saturday, May 9, 2015, at Tift Regional Medical Center. A graveside funeral service will be held for Baby John at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 16, 2015, at Turner Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Enigma with Rev. Pete Jones officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday, May 16, 2015, from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service at the graveside at Turner Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Enigma.
Baby John was the son of Jerry Keith Ray and Ashley Nicole Mitchell, both of Nashville. Baby John was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Haley Gray; his maternal great-grandmother, Mary Gray; and his paternal great-grandfather, John Arthur Ray, Jr.
In addition to his parents, Baby John is survived by five brothers, Devin Ray, Kevin Ray, Clay Ray, Jared Ray and Gabe Moody, all of Enigma; one sister, Hevin Ray of Enigma; his paternal grandmother, Suzanne Ray of Enigma; and his paternal great grandmother, Carolyn Ray of Enigma.
