Obituary

Dennis P. Linane of Westboro, formerly of Natick died suddenly on Sunday Morning, May 10, 2015 at the UMass Medical Center of Worcester at the age of forty-four.

Beloved son of the late William and June (Phinney) and Mary (Brackett) Linane, he was raised in Natick and a 1988 graduate of Natick High School.

Mr. Linane was employed by National Tire & Battery of Natick for twenty years and most recently at Hogan Tire of Natick for six months.

A Westboro resident for the last seventeen years, Dennis was all about family and friends and had a huge heart. He always kept an open door for all who needed help whether it was crashing at his house or sleeping on his couch. He would take the shirt off his back, run benefits for friends or make donations to local Veteran’s shelters.

Besides his love for his wife Marcy, his daughter Casandra, son Steven and grandson Hayden, Dennis loved his 2013 Harley Davidson Street glide motorcycle. He looked forward to rides with Marcy and was a New England Sports teams fan especially the Boston Bruins and New England Patriots.

Dennis also enjoyed dirt bike riding with his son Steven, rock and roll music and spending time with his grandson Hayden.

He was the devoted husband of Marcy (Fairbanks) Linane of Westboro and together they shared twenty years of marriage.

A loving father of Casandra E. Fairbanks of Hopkinton and Steven P. Linane of Westboro. Cherished grandfather of Hayden Fairbanks of Hopkinton and caring brother of Cheryl Ashley of NH, Karen Galasso of Hudson, Pamela Szretter and her late husband Ron of Hudson, Christine Carpenter and her husband Shawn of RI, William Linane of NH, Lou Ann D’Amico and her husband Derek of Milford, Gary Leavitt and his wife Sharon of Bellingham, Linda Dumont and her late husband Duey of Blackstone, Robert Leavitt of Natick, Karen Leavitt of Bellingham and the late Cynthia Bowman. Son-in-law of Arthur and Anne Fairbanks of Hopkinton.

A Funeral Service will be held in the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park St., at Natick Common on Friday, May 15th at 11:00AM. Relatives and friends respectfully invited.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, May 14th from 4:00-7:00PM in the funeral home.
