Marguerite Johnson, Age 68, of Burlington formerly of Woburn, passed away February 18th following a brief illness. Born in Manhatten, New York she was the daughter of the late Melvina Johnson and Richard Owden.
Marguerite was devoted to her family and friends. She was a foster parent for over twenty years. It has been requested that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Hallmark Health Hospice 100 Hospital Road, Malden, MA 02148.
In addition to her parents, Marguerite is preceded in death by her son Robert Johnson Jr. She is survived by her children Kim Mandl, Karen Johnson, Michelle Cesvette, Destiny Johnson, Shamere Johnson and Jonas Joseph. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren, Denielle and Christian Cesvette. She is further survived by her brother Robert Johnson.
A funeral service will be conducted in the St. John´s Baptist Church, 38 Everett St. Woburn, Monday, February 28th, at 11 AM, with the Rev. Dr. Larry Edmunds presiding. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Services will conclude with entombment at Woodbrook Cemetery, Woburn.
