LIND, Dolly (Wilson), 79, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, May 05, 2015.
She was self-employed. She was a volunteer for many years for the marching bands and hot air balloons in the Kentucky Derby Festival. She also helped with the hot air balloons for Sunnyside of Louisville and was a volunteer for Little Sisters of the Poor. She was a member of St. Barnabas Church.
Dolly was preceded in death by her parents, John Wilson and Sarah Lehmann; sons, Shannon and Richard England; and great grandson, James Robert Crabtree.
She is survived by her children, Dottie Crouch (Bo), Phyllis Pruitt, and Fred England; 12 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and 12 great great grandchildren.
Her Funeral Mass will be 10am Saturday at St. Barnabas Catholic Church, 3042 Hikes Lane, with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-8pm Friday at Owen Funeral Home – Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Road.
