Evelyn Jean (Hansell) Alberts Wallace, 90, of Anderson, died peacefully at her home on May 1, 2015, following an extended illness.
She was born on March 1, 1925 in New Goshen, Indiana, the daughter of Ervin F. and Laura Brockmeier Hansell. She resided for many years in Middletown, and was employed by Miller's Merry Manor of Middletown as a geriatric aid. She attended Elm Grove Christian Church.
Survivors include her children; Robert C. (Debbie) Alberts, Margaret " Peggy" Alberts Meade, and Candace "Candy" (Jose) Alberts-Vivanco. a brother, Arnold (Janet) Hansell; Grandchildren; Robin Miller, Michael (Francis) Alberts, Lisa (Bobby) Jones, and Deena Donati, numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews
She was preceded in death by her parents, spouses Robert J. Alberts, Gerald Wallace; son, David Alberts, grandsons James D. Alberts and Shannon L. Meade, brother; Frank Hansell, and sisters; Dorothy Beeman and Mary Carter
Services will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Rozelle Johnson Funeral Service with Pastor Mike Whiteman officiating. Burial will follow at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 from 4 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
