Brody Cecil Adkinson, infant son of Kristi L. Phillips Adkinson and Jesse James Adkinson, Sr. of Fitzgerald, died Thursday, April 29, 2015, at Dorminy Medical Center.
Graveside services will be held 3 PM, Sunday, May 3, 2015, at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery in Ben Hill County. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon, from 2:00 to 3:00, in the church before the service.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother: Jesse James Adkinson, Jr.; a sister: McKinzlee Eve Adkinson , both of Fitzgerald; maternal grandparents: Yvonne & Daryl Harper of Ocilla and Larry & Brenda Phillips of Fitzgerald; a half-brother: John Adkinson and a half-sister: Shelby Adkinson. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: John & Carol Adkinson.
