Brockton – Tina M. (Filosi) Ingles 45, a resident of Brockton for 20 years, died Monday April 27 after a brave battle with cancer. She was the wife of the late Robert J. Ingles.
Born in Brockton and raised in Abington, she was the daughter of Philip J. and Margaret (Cantoni) Filosi of Abington and a graduate of Abington High.
Tina had worked for over 14 years driving truck for the Uni-Select Auto Parts Company of Avon.
She enjoyed gardening and hosting family cookouts at her Brockton home and she had loved Hawaii, traveling there many times.
Tina adored horses and horseback riding and had been a champion “barrel rider”.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her son John Ingles of Brockton, her brother Philip Filosi and his wife Sara of Lincoln, RI and her sister in law Lynn Filosi of Whitman. She is also survived by her longtime, loving & devoted companion Tom Rose of Brockton and her nieces and nephews Shawn, Megan and Anya Filosi. She also leaves behind many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her brother David Filosi.
Her funeral service will be held Monday May 4 at 10:00 AM in the All Saints Church, 44 Park Ave. Whitman. Burial will follow in the Colebrook Cemetery, Whitman. Visiting hours will be held Sunday May 3 from 2:00-6:00 PM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rte. 58 @ the rotary) Whitman.
