WORCESTER-While surrounded by love on February 14, 2005 Barbara Ann (Learned) Tucker, 75, of Worcester, journeyed forward to be reunited with those who have gone before her: husband of 31 years- Bernard E. Tucker, parents-Fred and Gertrude (Fahlbeck) Learned, sisters- Corrine, wife of Frank Taylor, Nora NcKeon, Dorothy Britt and brother, Fred Learned, Jr.

Barbara is survived by her loving children: Joyce, wife of Richard Fiske, Jr. of Charlton; Tina McCluskey of Worcester; Dixie Lee wife of Dawud Lyons of Marlboro and Bernard E. Tucker, II of Worcester; adored grandchildren: Christopher, Justin, Michael, Robert, Jodi, Joshua, Ben, Emily and great-grandchildren: Christopher Jr. and Mia; special sister-in-law Frannie Learned, Aunt Theresa Fahlbeck, nieces-Maureen, Bev G., Nancy, Bev F., Maureen P., nephews-Kenny, Art, Ray, Dr. Robert Taylor and friends. She also leaves behind her special companion of 20 years, George Lizzotte.

Barbara’s warmth and loved touched the hearts of many and most important to her was the strength, loyalty and devotion of her family. During her journey home she shared pearls of wisdom and gave the greatest gift of all to her family/friends: “Remember to love each other always, stay friends, don’t argue about little things, share equally, be fair and have fun together. I won’t say goodbye-I’ll say good well-because I wish you all to stay well and good luck as we will meet again in Heaven.”

The funeral service will be held Thursday, February, 17th at Noon in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are Wednesday, February, 16th from 6:30 until 8:30 PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Heart to Heart Foundation, Attn: Dick Fiske, Sr., P.O.Box 154, North Brookfield, MA 01535.
