Virginia B. (Collins) Taylor, 77 of Stow passed away suddenly April 23. Before living in Stow and Marlborough she was a long time resident of Sudbury. She was raised in Wayland, daughter of the late Donald and Rebecca (Gotham) Collins. Ginny was predeceased by her one true love, Robert L. Taylor in 2000.
Ginny’s life was dedicated to the family she cherished and loved so dearly. She is survived by her 5 children, Darlene Guerin and Gale Lordi of North Las Vegas, Paulene Taylor of New Mexico, Heidi Pitard of Berlin and Brett Taylor of Stow. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild, brother Gilbert Collins of Hudson and sister Barbara Pierce of Florida.
She was predeceased by her great granddaughters Alexis and Victoria Marchese. Also predeceased by her siblings Donald, Kenneth, Richard and John Collins, Doris Rankin, Phyllis Hardy and Beverly Lohnes.
A service to celebrate Virginia’s life will be held on Wednesday April 29th at 11:00 a.m. in the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749.Burial services will follow in Wadsworth Cemetery, Concord Road in Sudbury. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, April 28th from 5:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
