Norma Jean Leeman

Norma Jean (Gentry) Leeman, 88, of Anderson, died Thursday, April 23, 2015 at Prairie Lake Health Campus in Noblesville following an extended illness.
She was born on December 12, 1926 in Madison County, the daughter of Verlyn and Isaphene (Jones) Gentry. She was employed as a registered nurse with both St. John's and Community Hospitals and also in the office of Dr. Paul E. Jarrett OB/GYN for 20 years. She was a member of Anderson First Baptist Church, Red Hat Society and was a volunteer at the Paramount.
Survivors include a daughter, Nancy (husband George) Brooks of Dayton, OH and a son, Stanley (Darlene) Leeman of Pendleton. Granddaughters, Misty Chastain and Mandy Grace, and 4 great grandchildren, Noah and Gavin Green and Michayla and Jason Grace. 3 sisters; Ruth Hall of Colorado, JoAnne Kruger of Anderson,and Carolyn Atkins of Arizona.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Loyd Leeman, her parents, twins Ned and Ted, and daughter, Cynthia.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 27, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Rozelle Johnson Funeral Service, officiated by Pastor Tom Wiles. Burial will follow at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Sunday from 3-6 PM at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimer's Association or American Cancer Society.
