Alice M. Ronayne a lifelong resident of Canton died April 22, 2015, following a brief illness. She was 93 years old.
Alice was a retired Crossing Guard for the Town of Canton serving over 42 years. She was the devoted wife of the late retired Canton Fire Deputy Chief Thomas J. Ronayne Jr. Mother of retired Canton Fire Chief Thomas J. Ronayne III and his wife Theresa of Canton, retired Canton Fire Lieutenant P. Barry Ronayne and his wife Marcia of Canton, and Susan A. Hogan and her husband Richard of Kingston. Loving sister of Richard G. Farrow of Canton. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours Sunday from 4-8 in the Roache-Pushard Family Funeral Home, 210 Sherman St., Canton. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday April 27, 2015 at 10:30 AM in St. John the Evangelist Church 700 Washington St., Canton. Interment Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
