Fairhaven – Italia “Tally” (Aulisio) Marsden, 92, of New Bedford died after a long illness on February 9, 2005 at Alden Court Nursing Care & Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of Herman G. “George” Marsden.
Mrs. Marsden was born in New Bedford, daughter of the late Marianno and Rosie (Paladino) Aulisio, and was a lifelong resident of the city. She was a graduate of New Bedford High School. She enjoyed reading, sewing, cooking, watching television and traveling.
In addition to her widower, she is survived by a sister: Louise Aulisio of New Bedford; and several nieces & nephews.
She was sister of the late Dora Demaio, Evelyn Squires, Almerinda Merrick, Christina Brosco, George Aulisio, David Aulisio and Joseph Aulisio.
At the request of the family, services will be private.
