Lynda R. Lemay, 53, of Manchester, died April 19, 2015 after a period of declining health, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Grasmere (Goffstown) on July 21, 1961, she was the daughter of Robert and Shirley (Champagne) Lemay. Lynda was educated in local schools and was a graduate of Manchester West High School. She lived in Florida for many years and prior to her retirement in 2013, was employed with Publix Supermarkets.
Lynda was an avid reader and enjoyed gardening and feeding the birds. She had a love for small animals and truly enjoyed the simple things in life. Above all she will be remembered as a loving mother, sister and friend.
Family includes two daughters, Nina Bresch and her husband John of Hurlbert Field, FL, and Katie Loughlin of St. Cloud FL; three sisters, Pauline Haworth and her husband Garry of Manchester, Lorraine Paris and her husband Edward of Manchester, and Diane McGuire and her husband Tim of North Strafford; four brothers, Mark Lemay and partner Camille Patch of Warner, Michael Lemay and wife Cindy of Manchester, David Lemay and wife Liz of Virginia, and Robert Lemay of Pembroke; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by both of her parents; and her sister Patricia (Lemay )Coons.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 in the chapel at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm Street, Manchester. Burial followed in St. Joseph Cemetery, Amesbury, MA.
