Ethel Kingsbury, 81, of Raymond, NH passed quietly on April 17, 2015 at the Elliot Hospital, following a brief illness. She was born April 14, 1934 in Portsmouth, NH and was a graduate of Pinkerton Academy Class of 1954. She was a lifelong resident of Derry, NH, prior to moving to Auburn, NH then relocating to Raymond in 1987.
Ethel worked for many years at Lakeside Lanes in Manchester, later working as an emergency room registrar at Alexander Eastman/Parkland Medical Center in Derry. She enjoyed time spent by the pool with family and friends at their house in Auburn. She also enjoyed bowling, knitting, painting and puzzles. She will forever be remembered for her love of spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her children and their spouses, Lindalee and James Flessas of Northwood, Donald Kingsbury of Derry, Kevin Kingsbury of Manchester, Jo-Ann and Peter DelMastro of Manchester, Deborah and Larry Parks, of Garland, TX, Karen Dumas of Raymond and an adopted son, Michael Patnaude of Florida, 22 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren. Ethel was predeceased by her beloved husband of 60 years, Irving Kingsbury in January, her sister Betty Gates and grandson Tanner Kingsbury.
After cremation, a Loving Tribute will be held at the Manchester Police Athletic League, Officer Michael Briggs Community Center, Corners of Lake Ave. and Beech St Manchester, Saturday April 25 from 1-4.
