Louis S. Kloppenburg
Former Longtime Tewksbury Resident

PORTSMOUTH, NH: Louis S. Kloppenburg, age 60, a resident of Portsmouth, NH for the past 8 years, formerly of Tewksbury, passed away at the Portsmouth Regional Hospital on Monday, April 13, 2015, from injuries sustained an automobile accident.
Born in Lowell on September 5, 1954, he was the son of Margaret (Lomasney) Kloppenburg, who survives him of Portsmouth, NH and the late Louis S. Kloppenburg, Jr.
Louis was raised in Tewksbury and attended Tewksbury schools.
He resided in Tewksbury and Lowell until moving to Portsmouth in 2007.
Louis worked in the construction industry for many years for the Napoli Construction Company.
He was a member of the Tewksbury-Wilmington Elks # 2070.
Louis enjoyed riding his motorcycle, taking trips to Lake Winnipesaukee and spending time with his grandchildren.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by two daughters, Tara J. Kloppenburg and her husband Eric Deschenes of Lowell and Jill T. Kloppenburg of Bradford; five grandchildren, Ashton, Damian, Tyler, Ayden and Zachary; one brother, Steven L. Kloppenburg of Milton, NH.
Louis was the brother of the late Kim A. and William A. Kloppenburg.

Relatives and friends are invite to his memorial visitation on Wednesday, April 22, from 4- 8 p.m. at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury. At the request of the family there are No Funeral Services. Interment will be held at a later date at the Tewksbury Cemetery.
