Henley, Jacob “Jake” Eli, 21, of Louisville passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2015.
Jake was a member of Mosaic United Methodist Church.
Preceded in death by his step-father, Brent Board.
He is survived by his parents, Robin Christine (Stewart) Board and Marvin Eli Henley Jr.(Kristie); two sisters, Whitney Henley and Amber Henley; one half-brother, Aaron Henley; one half-sister, Celine “Gabby” Henley; one step-sister, Jenny Wood; one step-brother, Tyler Board.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Monday at the Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park.
Visitation will be Sunday 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 PM.
