JAMES WM. WEMPE, 68, passed away on April 15, 2015.
He was a graduate of University of Knoxville where he earned a Masters Degree, and a Vietnam Army veteran.
Preceding him in death were him parents, Fred & Ann Wempe; and his sister Joyce Karnes.
Survivors include his brothers, Fred, Jr. (Linda), Dan (Alicia) and Charles (Debbie) Wempe.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Bethany Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2 -4 p.m. Sunday.
