Michele J. (Patricelli) Raithel, age 49 of Brockton, died Friday April 10, 2015 at her home after a lengthy battle with lupus. She was born in Brockton, a daughter of the late Michael and Phyllis (Peluso) Patricelli and remained a lifelong resident of the city. A 1983 graduate of Brockton High School, Michele was a stay at home mom devoted to her home and family.
Michele loved music and will be remembered by her family and friends as an original punk rocker. She enjoyed going to the beach, carnivals, motorcycles and cooking. Michele lived her life to the fullest while living with the challenges of lupus.
Michele was the loving mother of Cody Kennedy of Brockton and the late Dana Raithel and the life companion Stephen Kennedy of Brockton. She was the sister of Roseann Patricelli of Texas, Susie Buckley of Bridgewater, Merri-lee Hejduk, Annette Lolar, Tina Patricelli, Dianna Patricelli and Carolyn Magliadetti all of Brockton, Michael Patricelli of Bridgewater, Dennis Patricelli of Stoughton, Rico Patricelli of Brockton, James Patricelli of Wareham, Raymond Patricelli of Brockton, Steven Patricelli of Hull and the late Phyllis MacPherson. She also leaves many nieces and nephews.
Memorial visitation will be held in the Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont Street (rte 123) Brockton on Saturday April 18, 2015 12-2 pm. Burial will be held at a later date in Calvary Cemetery.
