Neff, Elma May Chase of Sagamore Beach passed away the morning of April 4, 2015. She died at the age of 92 from complications of stroke. She was a 13 th generation Cape Codder, life long resident, born and raised in Sagamore Beach. She graduated from Bourne High School. She enjoyed family, food, nature, and babies. For all who knew her, no one ever left her house hungry. She worked in the health industry as a Home Health Aide for many years. She had a passion for helping people. She is survived by her five sons & their families: Norman Neff & his wife, Nancy of Sagamore Beach & their children, Heidi Corcoran & her husband Kevin of Buzzards Bay, & their children Cody, SPC Evan Johnson, Emily, & Peyton. The late Douglas & Paula Neff, their children Steven & Abigail Neff of Buzzards Bay. Heather Hurley & her husband John, their children Cameron & Noah of Sagamore Beach. Charles Neff & his former wife Donna of Sagamore Beach, their children, David Moffitt & his wife Valerie & their children Nick & Katie from Indiana, Melisssa Moffitt Rossman & her former husband Dale, their children, Dan, Cassie, & Hunter of Indiana. Laura Dufort & her husband David & their children Alyssa, Sydney, & Evan from Florida. Michelle Contreras & her husband Michael, their children Kyla & Sofia of Plano, Texas. Rebecca Rogers & her husband Ryan & their children Mason and Gavin from Indiana. Dean Neff & his former wife Raylene Benner-Neff & their children Michael Benner & his wife Shelby, their children Taylah, Colby, & Joseph of Friendship, Maine. Aaron Benner & his wife Jamie, their children Makaila, Kelsea, & Chase from Lisbon, Maine. Robie Benner & his wife Ashleigh, their children Kaiden, & Isabella from Lisbon Falls, Maine. Travis Benner & his wife Christie & their children Mae & Travis from Alna, Maine. Raymond Neff & Kim Mcneil of Mashpee. Richard Neff & his wife Angela & their children Richard C., Tabatha, & Tiffany, all of Sagamore Beach. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 11am at the Sagamore Cemetery on Sandwich Rd/Ben Abbey, Sagamore, MA. Family & friends are invited for refreshments after at granddaughter's house on High Ridge Drive in Buzzards Bay.
