FLEMING, Edward B. Of Needham and Harwich, April 3rd. Beloved husband of Frances (Finnegan) Fleming for 63 years. Devoted father of Kathleen F. Dooley and her husband Michael of Holliston, Edward M. Fleming and his wife Jeanne of Holden, and the late Stephen C. Fleming and his surviving wife, Joan Fleming of Needham, and the late Thomas B. Fleming. Grandfather of Kara, Laura, Tommy, Billy, Ted, Abbie, Nora and Joe. Great grandfather of Emma and Aidan. Brother of Katherine Fleming of Watertown. Edward was a graduate of the Naval Academy Class of 1948, U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War, retired engineer for Stone & Webster Engineering Corp. of Boston.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 1305 Highland Ave., (Exit 19B off Rte. 128), NEEDHAM, Tuesday at 9 a.m. Funeral Mass in St. Bartholomew Church, Needham at 10 am.
