Essex, CT- Beatrice E. (Allaire) Mulhearn, 101 of 19 Cove Hill Road formerly of 4 Knox Street, Worcester, died Wednesday, April 10th in Saybrook Convalescent Home, Old Saybrook, CT. Her husband of 39 years, Edward F. Mulhearn died in 1965. She leaves 2 sons, Edward F. Mulhearn, Jr. of Worcester and John D. Mulhearn of West Hartford, CT; a daughter, Joan T. Fitzgerald of Essex, CT; 3 sisters, Alice Moran and Rita Dion both of Worcester and Sister Alma Allaire of the sisters of St. Anne in Marlboro; 13 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces. A son, Gerald S. Mulhearn of Worcester died in 1996.
She was born in Worcester, daughter of George and Annie (Sanguinet) Allaire and lived here until moving to Connecticut in 1967. She was a member of Our Lady of the Angels Church, Worcester and the Essex Senior Center.
The funeral will be held Friday, April 12th from O’Connor Brothers Funeral Home, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester with a mass at 11:00 AM in Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main Street, Worcester. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. A calling hour will be Friday, April 12th from 9:30 until 10:30 AM in the funeral home. Please omit flowers.
