Cioffi and his wife Patricia of Everett, John Cioffi and his wife Deborah of Peabody, Carlene Grandolfi and her husband George of Framingham, Mark Cioffi of Waltham, Kerri Lynn Tabb and her husband Ronald of Westfield and the late Donna McConnell and Carla Dell Isola. Father-in-law of Michael Dell Isola and his wife Michelle of Melrose. Brother of Jean Farese of Everett, Helen DeSimone of Tewksbury, Gloria Cioffi of Hanover, Carmella Capuano of Everett, Albert Cioffi of Stoneham and the late Mary DiGiacomo, Alfonse, Angelo and Paul Cioffi. Also lovingly survived by 18 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral from the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, CHELSEA on Tuesday, April 7th at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in the Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett at 10 o'clock. Visiting Hours in the Smith Funeral Home on Monday from 4-8 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Born in Everett, Carl at 86 years of age passed away Tuesday morning at the Eastpointe Nursing care Center in Chelsea where he had been receiving supportive care for the last 2 1/2 years. An MBTA bus driver for 30 years, retiring in 1983, his regular route was the Eagle Street in East Boston to Revere Beach. Also during those years, he was the owner of ACE Lock and Key in Revere. Prior to moving to Saugus in 1991, he resided in Revere for 27 years. A member of the Balbo Club in Everett, for over 20 years, Carl was an usher at St. Mary's Church in Revere. Devoted to his family especially his grandchildren, he was a great cook as well as an avid dancer.
