Michael A. Fera, 92, of Smithfield, died Monday, March 30 2015 at the home of his daughter in Warwick.
Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Angelo and Anna (Angelone) Fera.
Michael was an industrial engineer and had worked for the Princess House Company until his retirement in 1989. He was an army veteran of WWII.
He is survived by his daughters, Michele Garriepy of Greenville, Patricia Bassett of Warwick, Kathleen Bennoch and her husband, Mark of Maine and Christine Fera of North Providence; five grandchildren, Melissa, Heather, Michael, Gregory and Christopher; a sister, Margaret Fera Of MA, five nephews, multiple great nieces and nephews. He was the former husband of the late Patricia Ann (Murphy)Fera and brother of the late Paul Fera, Louise Fera, Isabella Centofanti and Mary Scaduto.
Funeral Monday at 10:30am from the ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in St. Philip Church, 622 Putnam Pike, Greenville. Burial in St. Francis Cemetery. Visitation 9:30-10:30AM.
