Mary Ann Caruso, Archbald, died Saturday evening at the VNA Hospice at Geisinger Community Medical Center. She was the wife of Ross Caruso, who died in 2003.
Born in Dickson City, daughter of the late Michael and Agnes O'Briensky Evan, she was a graduate of the Dickson City High School. She was employed for many years as a floor supervisor in the garment industry, and most recently was employed for 12 years at Walmart. She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, Peckville.
Surviving are a sister Joan Knutelski, Dickson City; a brother, Bob Evan, Dunmore; two nieces, Susan Engle and Mary Ann Knutelski; two nephews, George and John Knutelski; several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Funeral services will be Wednesday from the Michael P. Glinsky Funeral Home Inc., 129 Grant St., Olyphant, with Mass at 9:30 a.m. in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church. Interment, St. Patrick's Cemetery, Olyphant.
