Erin M. Poulin, 38, of Groton died March 27, 2015 at Nashoba Valley Medical Center.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of Gary J. and Michele (Medeiros) Poulin, she lived at Seven Hills of Groton most of her life.
Her family would like to thank the staff at Seven Hills of Groton for the excellent care she received over the years. Heaven has received an angel!
Survivors include her parents; 3 sisters, Jessica Tavares and Melissa DeMelo and her husband Chad, all of Acushnet and Audra Tiernan and her husband Douglas of Fairhaven; several aunts, uncles, great-aunts, great-uncles, nieces and nephews; and her extended family at Seven Hills of Groton.
Her Funeral will be held on Tuesday, March 31st at 8 AM from the Saunders-Dwyer Mattapoisett Home For Funerals, 50 County Rd. (Rt. 6) Mattapoisett, followed by her Funeral Mass at St. Mary's Church in Fairhaven at 9 AM. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery. Visiting hours will be on Monday, March 30th from 4-8 PM.
