Anderson, John Ross
of Walpole and formerly of Dedham on Sunday March 22, 2015. Born in Broughty Ferry, Scotland on November 10, 1923. Beloved husband of the late Connie Anderson and son Greig Anderson. John is survived by his daughter Jacqueline Hadden, son Ross Anderson and daughter/granddaughter Michelle Krug. Loving grandfather of seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson. Cofounder of a gardening program in Dedham Elementary Schools. Author of poetry published as "A Lifetime in the Making"(2008). Long time member of Scots Charitable Society of Boston. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday March 28 at 2 PM at the Dedham American Legion 155 Eastern Avenue, Dedham, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his favorite charity Mercy Ships PO Box 1930, Lindale, TX 75771 or mercyships.org
