Obituary

WEBSTER – Pauline C. (Morgan) “Mrs. Dee” Dziembowski, 88, formerly of Dudley, died Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at Harrington Hospital in Southbridge after a brief illness. Her husband of 66 years, Francis V. Dziembowski, died in 2013.
She leaves a daughter, Louise A. & her husband Robert Duval of Webster; a son, John F. Dziembowski of Dudley; 4 grandchildren, Eric Dziembowski, Kristin Dziembowski, Stephen Dziembowski, Timothy & his wife Hesper Duval; 2 great-granddaughters, Cadence & Addison Duval; 1 brother, Edmund Morgan of Webster, nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Bernard Morgan, Gerard Morgan and Ernest Morgan and her daughter-in-law, Sharon Dziembowski.
She was born in Webster, a daughter of Gerard A. and Rose (Bazinet) Morgan. She was a graduate of Bartlett High School Class of 1944 and a beautician graduate of the Wilfred Academy in Boston.
Mrs. Dee worked as cafeteria manager at Saint Joseph School for many years.
She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church and a member of the St. Andrew Bobola Holy Rosary Sodality, the St. Louis League of Catholic Women, and the PAV Auxiliary. She was a lector, CCD teacher and altar server for several years at St. Andrew Bobola Church in Dudley. She was Girl Scouts Association Chairman of the Montachusett Council, Past President of Saint Joseph Polish Women’s Club, and Past President of the Mass Federation of Polish Women’s Clubs. She taught sewing classes at Bartlett Adult Education. She excelled at making pierogi, cooking and baking. She also enjoyed listening to polkas, playing scrabble, reading, sewing, knitting and spending time with her friends at the Southbridge YMCA.
The funeral will be held Wednesday, April 8, at 10:00 AM in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 16 East Main Street (please meet at the church). Burial will be private. There are no calling hours. Donations in her name may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Arrangements are under the direction of Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 East Main Street.
