Mary L. T. McCusker, 87, of New Bedford died Thursday January 27, 2005 at Sacred Heart Home.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late James E. and Josephine (Fleming) McCusker, she had lived in New Bedford for all of her life.
She was a communicant of St. Lawrence Church.
Miss McCusker was formerly employed as a registered nurse who worked private duty for many years.
She was a graduate of New Bedford High School and the St. Luke's School of Nursing, Class of 1938. She was a member of the St. Luke's Alumni Association and the Buttonwood Senior Citizens.
Survivors include two great-nieces, Theresa Zelickman and Johanna McCusker, both of Medway; and a great-nephew, James Farrell of Haverhill.
She was the sister of the late James E. McCusker and aunt of the late Maureen McCusker.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday January 31, 2005 at 10 AM in St. Lawrence Church. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery. Visitation at Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford, Monday from 8:30-9:30 AM, prior to the Funeral Mass.
