Willene Baillie McCrimmon, 70, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Wednesday, January 26, 2005 at Dorminy Medical Center.
Graveside services will be held 2 PM, Sunday, January 30, 2005 at Dorminy Mill Baptist Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Jerry Wilson officiating. Visitation will be held from 7:00 until 9:00, Saturday evening at the funeral home.
Mrs. McCrimmon was born April 2, 1934, in Ben Hill County, Georgia, to the late Elwood B. and Elizabeth Lord Spinks. She attended Ashton School and lived most of her life in Ben Hill County, for the past six in Broxton and was a former resident of New Port Richey, Florida. Mrs. McCrimmon worked at Walmart in the shoe department for the past five years and was a former employee of Fitzgerald Underwear and Piggly Wiggly, in the Deli Department. She was a member of Dorminy Mill Baptist Church. Mrs. McCrimmon was a kind and loving mother and grandmother.
Mrs. McCrimmon is survived by her daughter: Debra Ann Baillie, Broxton; six grandchildren: Clint and Christopher Bell, April Kerstetter, Angel Wingate, William Hodgman and Amber Crews; nine great grandchildren; three brothers: Randolph Spinks, Fitzgerald, Benjamin H. Spinks, Hilliard, FL and Allen E. Spinks, Lakeland, FL; one sister: Theodessa S. Mixon, Hinesville, GA; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her two husbands, Morris Baillie and J. D. McCrimmon and a daughter, Norma Jean Hodgman.
