Fall River – Robert V. Oliveira, 62, of Westport died Monday, January 24, 2005 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Madeline (Serodio) Oliveira.
He was born in Fall River, son of Lucy (Machado) Oliveira and the late Louis V. Oliveira, and had resided in Westport since 1948. He was employed as a driver for Viti, Inc., Tiverton and dedicated 27 years to the Westport Fire Department. He was a communicant of St. George Church, Westport.
Mr. Oliveira was a member of the Westport Permanent Firefighters Local # 1802, Head of Westport Fire Association, International Association of Firefighters and the East End Sportsman Club, Fall River.
Including his mother and wife, he is survived by a son: Jason R. Oliveira of Westport and a daughter: Robin M. Watts of Westport

Funeral from the Potter Funeral Home, 81 Reed Rd., Westport, Friday, January 28, 2005 at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. George Church, Westport at 10:00 A.M.
Interment in Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport.
