WEST BOYLSTON-Edwin J. Nowak, 74, of 25 Prospect St, a Korean War Veteran, died Sunday, Jan. 23 at UMass Memorial Healthcare-University Campus after a long illness.
He leaves his wife, Norma L. (Granlund) Nowak; a son, Edwin J. Nowak, Jr., three daughters, Debra N. Parker, Sandra N. Irving and Pamela N. Leonardi all of West Boylston; two sisters, Alberta Maki and Othelia Paradis both of West Boylston and nine grandchildren.
He was born in West Boylston son of Peter and Leokadia (Golazewski) Nowak.
Funeral services are private and burial will be at the convenience of the family in the spring. Flowers and donation are to be omitted. FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 1 West Boylston St. is directing arrangements.
