George A. Morrison Sr., 61, of Woodland Dr., Londonderry, NH died Sunday April 7, 2002 at his home. He was born in Hartford, Conn., on February 14, 1941, the son of the late George A. and Irene (Sullivan) Morrison. He was a resident of Londonderry for 24 years, formerly of Salem, NH. He was employed as a Master Industrial Electrician and Maintenance Mechanic at Anheuser Busch for 18 years, a Senior Electrician at Malden Mills in Lawrence, Mass. for eleven years and spent four years as an Electrician at the WB Stockwood Company. He was an avid boater.
He is survived by his wife, Joan E. (Blanchette) Morrison of Londonderry, three sons, George A. Morrison Jr. of Sandown, NH, Carl A. Morrison of Londonderry, NH, Brian R. Morrison of Hudson, NH, one granddaughter, Taylor, two sisters, Joan E. Johnson of Danville, NH, Pamela Morrison of Punta Gorda, Fla., one brother, Warren T. Morrison of Melrose, Mass., one niece, several nephews, two great nieces, three great nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, April 11th at 10:00am at St. Mark’s Church, corner of Mammoth Rd. and South Rd., Londonderry. The burial will follow in the Holy Cross Cemetery in Londonderry. Friends may call on Wednesday April 10th from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry.
