David W. Smith Sr., 71, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2015 at his residence.
He was born in Louisville, KY to Joseph Colbert & Anna Mae (Stack) Smith Sr.
David was a retired Mechanic at National Linen and a member of Teamsters Local # 783.
He was preceded in death by his Parents and a Brother: Joseph C. Smith Jr.
Survivors include his Sons: David W. Smith (Faith) and Paul B. Crawley and 8 Grandchildren; 2 Brothers: Gerald Smith (Betty) and Richard Smith (Trish).
A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday March 25, 2015 at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy.
Memorial Visitation will be Wednesday 9 AM – 1 PM.
