Mrs. Yvonne M. Johnson, 93, formerly of 387 Norway Street, Berlin, NH, passed away on Thursday January 20, 2005 at the Merriman House in North Conway, NH. She was born in Berlin on October 25, 1911 the daughter of Emile and Emma (Beaulac) Lamontagne and lived in Berlin most of her life. She had been employed as an operator in the Towel Room at Brown Company and she enjoyed sewing, knitting and quilting. She was a member of the White Mountain Post 2520 VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She had been a member of St. Kieran Church, now known as Good Shepherd Parish.
Members of the family include her son Dennis Johnson and daughter-in-law Jeanne of North Conway, NH; her daughter Debra Delozier and son-in-law Dean of Valley Center, CA; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers William Lamontagne of Berlin, NH and Leo Lamontagne of Pompano Beach, FL; nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Vernon who died on August 10, 1985 and siblings Alice, Lucien, Alphonse and Albert.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday January 24, 2005 at 11:00 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Interment will be in the St. Kieran Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin on Monday morning from 9 to 11 AM prior to the funeral.
