In Taunton, March 13, 2015 Stephen W. O'Reilly, Age 61, passed away in his home suddenly. Stephen is survived by his loving wife Susan Ellen (Hanscom) O'Reilly. He was born in Boston, MA, the son of Barbara Spillane, of Dover NH & the late Peter O'Reilly Sr., of Dorchester, MA. Stephen was a 1972 graduate of Boston Technical High School He has resided in Taunton since 2003 and was formerly of South Boston, MA. He was a long-time employee of New England Telephone and retired, as a lineman, for Verizon. Stephen was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 2222. He enjoyed softball, golf and having and caring for his own home. Stephen, is survived by his sister Theresa O'Reilly of S. Boston, brother Peter O'Reilly Jr. of Dorchester and his wife Mary of Dorchester. Loving uncle to nieces and great nieces. Stephen and his wife Susan had no children of their own. A Prayer Service will be held at O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, MA 02780 on Friday, March 20th 7:30 pm. Calling hours prior to the service from 6-8 pm.
