Hyde Park - Jacques Georges "Jacko" was born on June 25,1949 in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti to Senatus Georges and Leana Brau. He was a retired chef from the Franciscan Hospital for Children in Brighton, MA. He was a hardworking man that enjoyed working, watching WWE wrestling, telling jokes, and most importantly being with those he loved. Jacko lived a fruitful 65 years of life before he departed from the world on March 10, 2015 at Brigham & Women's Hospital. Jacko was deeply loved by all of his family and friends, who mourn him from the bottom of their hearts.
Jacques Jean Georges is survived by his beloved wife of 38 years, Marie Georges, his children Marie Jacques, Florence, Natacha, Jackson, Edwidge, Farah, and Sandy Georges. In addition he survived by his sisters: Rita, Rosemary, Monique Georges, and the late Wilza Georges proceeded to his death, brothers: Andre, JeanClaude, Joel Georges, and the late Belony Georges. Furthermore, survived by his 10 grandchildren. He has plenty of nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws. He is also survived by extended family in Haiti, America, St. Maarten, and Canada. Jacques' viewing will be held at the Joseph Russo Funeral Home on Friday, March 20, 2015 from the hours of 7PM to 9PM at 814 American Legion HWY, Roslindale, Massachusetts. Jacques' funeral mass will be on Saturday March 21 at 10 AM in The Most Precious Blood Church, 25 Maple Street, Hyde Park, Massachusetts. Interment to follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Roslindale.
