Obituary

SPENCER: Patricia E. (Cameron) Letendre 81, of Hastings Rd., died peacefully after a long period of declining health at her home on Thursday, March 12.

She was the wife of Wilrose E. Letendre who died in 2011. She leaves her daughters Jo-Ann M. Letendre of Spencer and Mary Lou Smith and her husband Charles of Millbury, three sisters Florence Forgette and her husband Roland of Worcester, Blanche Provost of Shrewsbury and Mary Lou Ostermecky and her husband John of Maine, 4 grandchildren Amy, Edward, Branden and Michael, 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews that she cared about deeply.
She is predeceased by her daughter Debra A. Letendre in 2012, a brother Samuel Cameron and a sister Marguerite LaPrade. She leaves her close friends and caregivers Mildred Lachambre, Joan Lussignan and Meredith Smith. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to her primary caregiver, David Lord who through his compassionate care allowed her to stay at her home throughout her illness. The family is forever grateful for the help they received from these caring individuals.
Patricia was the supervisor in bookkeeping & collections at the former Rutland Heights Hospital for many years, retiring in 1990.
Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of Samuel and Florence (Wells) Cameron. She was a member of Mary, Queen of the Rosary Parish. She enjoyed arts, crafts and gardening.
At her request no funeral services are planned. Burial in Pine Grove Cemetery alongside her husband will take place at a later date. Please omit flowers. Memorial Contributions may be made to either Mary, Queen of the Rosary Food Pantry, 60 Maple St., or Spencer Rescue Squad, Inc., P.O. Box 147, Spencer, Ma. 01562.
